it's pure fun & enjoyment shopping with your own sister especially when she knows all about those high fashion brands & products in the back of her head.

our little "outing" became more of a educational trip as we exchanged our knowledge about fashion and fabrics with each other. zi will go like; "jie, you see that bag, it's a rip-off/replica of Hermes bag" or "jie, you see that look, it looks like one of the outfits in the latest Dolce & Gabbana (her current favourite brand) collection".

once, she saw something nice and pointed it out to me, i went; "ya, the design is nice but the fabric is not rly breathable so when you perspire, your perspiration will form a patch on your shirt, blah blah." (see i do listen during product trgs okay?) so the whole shopping trip becomes a very pleasurable and yet meaningful trip as we learn things from each other. (: i love you zi!!

on our way there and back home, we met this grp HIGHLY INTERESTING of teenagers, who were blasting music off their hand phones in the bus. might sound common right? but the music that they were blasting off their phones made zi and i wide-eyed and shocked! it's not your usual chinese songs or groovy rmb hits but CHRISTIAN SONGS!! SONGS FROM CHURCH!! omgoodness. this is what they call the new style of evangelism? i wonder.
