i so envy shaun, tian rui and leslie. they are at khan hse watching watching world cup on a BIG and HIGH RESOLUTION TV while poor me here watching on blur little window screen. *wails!
i also wanna watch on BIG TV SCREEN! !
oh ya, Tiff and i discovered a new FOOD PARADISE when we were out today, QUEENSTOWN HAWER CENTRE!! i remembered my dad brought me there to eat the famous PUNGOL SATAY so i brought tiff there to try it. she agrees with me that it's good. (: simply finger licking huh! anyway tiff stumble upon this delicious, savoury chicken porridge. she didnt feel like eating food that needs alot of cause her tooth HURTS. hahahs. we were so tempted to try more saliva-dripping food such as the canto steam soup, bak gue teh, rojak, some papaya desert and the western food(s) in the western food stall thats right infront of us but our weak little stomach just can't contain anymore food. :( next time den! we bring zi along kays tiff?
anyway, we saw an "angmoh" using satay sticks to dig his "satay rice", supposely trying to eat it, it was comical as you can used the sticks to cut the clunk of rice apart. he stopped after he caught us looking at him. lol.
went to queensway to shop, i'm telling you, i LOOOVE the adidas posters they have at queensway,the BIG ones outside the building!!! ahhhh!!! can't express how thrilled i was. (: & with posters of soccer stars such as Ballack and Lampard all over the place, it feels like everyone is embracing the mood of world cup. they've got this display of the soccer boots of every country participating, beautiful baby. you should have seen it.
headed to Ikea next to buy my paper bag. lol. girls being girls, tiff & i started shopping and tons of crazy idea sprung out; like how both of us' gonna get a pot of catus each and see who's catus will survive the longest, etc. . .gg to ikea makes me wanna renovate my table, its the only space i have to myself in the whole house. i wanna buy the glass whiteboard, like the one Zhishu has in "it started with a kiss". :D
as usual, we got carried away and we ended up meeting jeric, LATE. lol. hate to say this but i kinda miss jeric and his dumb theories & lame jokes. haven seen him for a couple of months till ytd. he's one of the good guy friends that i've, someone i turn to when i've problems. ya. & best is JERIC TREATED ME SAKE SUSHI!! for my b'dae. lol. belated birthday present. there were many times i almost split water at his face cause of his stupid comments about tiff. lol.
walked back to tampines from simei. took photos of jeric carrying tiff's bag. lol. he looks good in the bag right tiff? but jeric reckon that it's too gay for him. lol.
